Privacy policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Who is responsible
Cristhian Hernandez Romero, based in Mexico, is responsible for the data described in this policy, related to the website cunagame.app and the video game CUNA. Contact for anything about your data: [email protected].
In short
CUNA works offline, asks for no account, has no ads and does not track you across apps. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts or advertising identifier.
What data is handled and why
On the website
- The website has no forms and uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and installs no analytics tools.
- The hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs technical data of each visit, such as the IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's IP address when the page is shown.
In the Game
Only if you accept the question "Share anonymous play data?" (it appears once in the main menu and can be changed in Options → Anonymous play data), the Game records:
- when you start and finish each level and mission, and how long it takes;
- where you shut down (level, mission and the nearby encounter or boss);
- whether you leave the game in the middle of a level;
- whether you saw the purchase screen and whether the purchase completed;
- a random installation identifier, not linked to you or your device.
Purpose: to learn where people get stuck, lose or stop playing, in order to balance the Game. This data is not sold or used for advertising. Today it stays on your own device; if it is ever sent to a cloud service, this policy will be updated first and we will say so inside the Game.
Purchases: processed by Apple or Google. We only receive confirmation that the purchase exists, never your payment details.
Cloud save: if the Game saves your progress in the cloud, it uses an anonymous account or, if you choose, your Apple or Google account only to identify you. The save holds your progress, not personal data.
Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties, except the providers that make the service possible (Cloudflare for the website; Apple and Google for downloads and purchases), who handle it under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected] with your name, what you are asking for and, for Game data, the installation identifier shown in Options. We will answer within the time limits set by law. In the Game, withdrawing consent in Options immediately deletes what was recorded and changes the identifier.
Children
The Game is meant for ages 12 and up and collects no data that identifies anyone.
Changes to this policy
Any change will be published on this page with its date and, if it affects the Game, announced inside it before it applies.
